Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
30 lb Potatoes
1 qt Milk
1 tb Salt
1/2 c Butter
Peel potatoes, cook until tender. Drain well. Mash until smooth.
Add butter and salt. Slowly add the milk while mixing until you get
a smooth consistency. Beat until light and fluffly.
