1 Yellow onion; chopped
1 cl Garlic; crushed
1 White potato; chunked
1 Carrot; sliced
1 Stalk celery; sliced
1 Zucchini; sliced
1/2 c Broccoli; chopped
1 Leek; trimmed, washed,
-and sliced
2 c Low sodium tomato sauce
1 tb Parsley flakes
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Cumin
1/8 ts Pepper
Cook the onions, garlic, potato, carrot and celery in a small amount
of water in a large saucepan for 10 mins. Add the remaining
ingredients and cook over low heat until the veggies are tender,
