Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Uncooked whole wheat or
-spinach elbow macaroni
-shells, or spirals
1 1/2 c Chopped veggies; scallions
-gr or red peppers, broccoli
-celery, carrots, pimientos
-alone or in any combo
1/4 c To 1/2c low sod oil free
-salad dressing
Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix
with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat.
