1 1/2 lb Beef, ground 16 oz Tomato sauce; divided
1 c Breadcrumbs 1/2 c Water
1 Onion; finely chopped 3 ts Vinegar
1 Egg; beaten 3 ts Sugar, brown
1 1/2 ts Salt 2 ts Mustard, prepared
1/4 ts Pepper 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can
tomato sauce. Form into a loaf, and put in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat loaf; bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
