Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 lb Ground beef 1/2 c Bell pepper
1 1/2 c Quick oats 2 pk Onion soup mix
2 ea Eggs 1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/4 ts Marjoram
Mix all ingredients and put in casserole pan. Place in dutch oven.
Bake 1 hour, covered.
