1 lb Ground beef 1 Egg
1/4 c Finely chopped onion 1 c Milk
1/4 c Finely chopped celery 1 cn Mushroom soup
1/4 ts Pepper 1/3 c Flour
1 ts Salt 1/2 c Chili sauce
1 c Bread crumbs, fine
Combine the first 7 ingredients; mix and blend well. Add milk to
mushroom soup and stir until blended. Add 1/4 of the soup mixture to
the first ingredients. Mix well and form into medium size balls. Dip
the balls in flour and brown on all sides in a hot deep fryer or pan
of oil. Place in a casserole. Combine chili sauce and remaining soup
mixture. Pour the mixture over the balls. Bake in a 350 degree oven
