See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 tb Butter or margarine 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb Ground turkey 1/2 ts Chili powder
1 md Chopped onion 1/2 ts Dried thyme
1 md Green pepper -- chopped 1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
2 c Water 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper -- optional
1 cn Tomato sauce -- 8 oz 1 ds Pepper
1 c Long-grain rice -- uncooked
In skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, onion
and green pepper; cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Add all of remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat,
cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 30 min. Yield: 4
servings.
