1 1/2 ts Honey
1 1/2 ts Mint, finely chopped
1 pn Ground cumin seeds
1 pn Turmeric
1 c Plain low-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mint, cumin and turmeric. Whisk
in the yogurt until blended. Season with salt and pepper, cover and
refrigerate.
(Serve with Tandoori Salmon)
