Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Links 2 c Cabbage -- finely chopped
Sweet or hot sliced 1 cn Great northern beans -- 15.8
1 c Onion -- chopped oz Undrained
1 cn Tomatoes 1 ts Dried basil
L6 oz. with liquid, chopped 2 tb Fresh parsley -- chopped
2 sm Zucchini -- cubed Grated Parmesan cheese
3 ea Beef bouillon cubes Ltalian sausage
3 c Water
In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown sausage and onion until onion is
tender. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 2 qts.
