Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 2 tb Minced onion
1/2 c Water 1 tb Minced parsley
1 lb Ground beef 1 Slightly beaten egg
1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Shortening

Blend soup and 1/2 cup of water. Measure out 1/4 cup of soup mixture
and combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, egg and
salt. Shape into meatballs about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and brown
in 1 tb. of shortening in a skillet. Add remaining soup mixture,
cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Tastes great over noodles. Randy
