12 oz Mushrooms 1/4 ts Sont (ground ginger)
4 tb Oil 1/4 ts Turmeric
2 sm Tomatoes, chopped 1/4 ts Cayenne
1/4 ts Fennel seeds 1/2 ts Salt
Wipe mushrooms with a wet cloth cut into slices.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, put in the
mushrooms. Stir fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Add all the
other ingredients. Stir cook until the tomatoes are soft.
