2 c rice -- cooked
1 c tomato juice
3/4 c mayonaise
1 cn broken shrimp (May use
: more)
1 md onion -- grated
1/2 c milk
1/2 c green pepper -- chopped
Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes.
