Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 sm Cucumber -- seeded and 1 Head boston lettuce -- bite
-sliced -size pieces
1 sm Green bell pepper -- seeded 8 Pieces red leaf lettuce --
-and sliced -bite size
3 Green onion -- sliced 3 tb Raspberry vinegar
1/2 c Parsley -- finely chopped 1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 c Peas
Mix the vinegar and oil together in a small container. Add salt and
pepper to taste. Gently toss remaining ingredients in a large salad
bowl. Swirl on dressing. Gently toss again.
