Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Eggs
4 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Grated apples
1/2 c Seedless raisins
4 c Cooked fine noodles --
Drained
3 tb Melted butter or fat
Beat the eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Stir in the apples,
raisins, noodles and butter or fat. Turn into a greased baking dish.
Bake in a 400 degree oven 40 minutes or until browned. Serves 6 to 8.
