Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Butter 1/2 c Finely chopped onion
2 x Cloves garlic, minced 1/2 c Whiskey
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Pepper
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Tabasco
Melt butter in a saucepan; add onion and garlic and cook slowly until is
soft. Add remaining ingredients and beat to mix.
