1 md Anise bulb, thinly sliced 1/4 Red onion thinly sliced
(also called fennel) 2 T Olive oil
4 Oranges, peeled and sliced Salt and fresh ground pepper
Combine anise, oranges, and red onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Toss gently and serve.
