1 c Chili sauce 4 Whole broiler-fryer legs
2 tb Firmly packed brown sugar -(thigh and drumstick)
2 tb Spicy brown mustard Skin removed (about 2
1 ts Liquid red pepper seasoning -pounds)
In a large bowl, combine chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and red
pepper seasoning. Add chicken; turn to coat well, cover. Chill 1
hour, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a jelly-roll
pan with foil. Place chicken in pan; reserve sauce. Bake 1 hour,
basting several times with sauce, or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
