Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Loaves party rye bread 1 ts Italian seasoning
1 lb Hot sausage 2/3 Box of the 2 lb. Velveeta
1 lb Mild sausage Cheese
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
Fry sausage; drain off excess fat; add onion and Italian seasoning.
Stir in cut up cheese and let melt. Mixture will appear very gooey.
Spread mixture on party rye and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400
degrees for 10 minutes. Randy Rigg
