1 qt Cottage cheese
24 Prunes cooked and pitted
1 Head lettuce shredded
wash lettuce and shred. Place about 1/4 cup on a small plate or large
serving platter. Top each portion with a peach half, spoon of cottage
cheese, and pitted prune.
