-FHMN87A Phill Bower 1/2 ts Pepper
1 lb Ground beef 1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
1 Egg 1 c Milk
1 sm Onion; chopped 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Garlic salt
Combine ground beef, egg, onion, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place into an 8x8-inch square pan. Set
aside. In a small bowl, add peanut butter, milk and salt. Mix well.
Pour over meatballs. Bake in 325 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
