1 lb. cleaned squid
1 lb. sea scallops
Italian parsley, chopped
Fresh thyme
4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
3 oz. virgin olive oil
The juice from 2 fresh lemons

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
