Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Tofu pn Garlic powder
2 tb Oil 1 lb Firm tofu; crumbled
2 tb Apple cider vinegar 3 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 tb Sugar 1/2 c Pimientos; drained and
1 1/2 ts Salt -chopped
1/8 ts Black pepper
Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and
creamy. Combine in bowl with remaining ingredients. Best if
refrigerated overnight.
