6 oz Can frozen pineapple juice 1/2 t Salt
-concentrate, thawed pn Pepper
1/4 c Honey 6 ea Split chicken breasts
1 t Tarragon leaves

Prepare grill placing coals to one side; heat until coals are ash
white. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place oppisite coals. in
saucepan, stir together all sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat,
stirring occasionally until heated through. Grill, turning
occasionally and basting, 25-35 minutes or until fork tender. To
serve, cook remaining sauce until heated through. Serve sauce over
chicken. Tip: Orange juice concentrate can be substituted for the
