Pizza dough (see separate -fine
-recipe "Pizza Dough 1 sm Jalapeno pepper; chopped
-'Crucial Crust'") -fine
1 c Cannellini beans (about 1/2 2 tb Olive oil
-can), drained 4 tb Coarsely chopped fresh basil
1 lb Plum tomatoes; seeded and 2 tb Chopped fresh mint
-chopped fine 1 oz Grated Parmesan cheese
4 ea Cloves garlic; minced very 3 oz Shredded Fontina cheese
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Press out pizza dough. Combine all
remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over the
dough, and pop into the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Presto, a pizza.
Per slice: 333 calories; 10g fat; 22mg cholesterol.
