2 1/2 c Oyster crackers 1/4 ts Dried oregano; crushed
2 1/2 c Bite-size shredded wheat 1/4 ts Dried basil; crushed
-biscuits 3 Drops bottled hot pepper
1 c Round toasted oat cereal -sauce
1/2 c Cooking oil 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 ts Garlic salt
In an ungreased 15 1/2x10 1/2x2-inch baking pan combine oyster
crackers, wheat biscuits, and oat cereal. Set cereal mixture aside.
In a small saucepan combine oil, garlic salt, oregano, basil, and hot
pepper sauce. Heat over low heat for 2 minutes.
Stir oil mixture till well blended. Drizzle over cereal mixture and
toss gently to coat cereal evenly.
Bake in a 300F oven for 20 minutes. Stir once and bake for 20 minutes
more. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss gently to coat cereal.
Cool mixture, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container
in a cool, dry place. Makes 12 (1/2-cup) servings.
