1 package Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
1 pound ground beef
16 ounce can whole tomatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1 1/2 cups water
Empty potato slices into ungreased 2 quart casserole. In skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, celery, water and Seasoned Sauce Mix. Heat to simmering, stirring occasionally. Pour over potatoes; stir. Cover; bake 55 minutes.
