Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Teasp olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, finely
-chopped
-salt/pepper
3 oz Butter
8 oz Peeled prawns
6 Teasp chopped fresh chives
Heat the oil and the butter until butter is melted Add garlic and cook
gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Stir in the prawns, cook gently until heated through. Season with
salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped chives then pour sauce over hot
pasta
