1 c Buttered cracker crumbs 7 oz Can of pimentos, chopped
2 c Medium cream sauce 4 Hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
Layer in a 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan, ending with some sauce on top. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. May be made the night before and
cooked before serving. Tastes good with sausage, fresh fruit and
