1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 ts Ground cumin
1 tb Salt
1 1/2 ts Dried thyme leaves
1 tb Black pepper
1 ts Onion powder
2 ts White pepper
This is the spice mixture which Paul Prudhomme recommends for
