Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Cooked Brown Rice 1/4 ts Basil
2 tb Butter;softened 1 Egg;slightly beaten
2 tb Chopped Onion
Combine ingredients. Press into bottom and sides of greased 9" pie
plate. Use any quiche filling. Tuna tastes especially good in this
crust. PROTEIN: 12.5 grams; CALORIES: 570
