4 tb Butter 2 c Sausage ragu, jarred or
1 1/2 qt Water -- frozen
2 ts Salt 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
2 c Instant polenta -- cut in 1/4" slices
1 c Parmesan cheese; grated

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Use 1 Tbs butter to greas an 18 x 12-inch
baking pan. In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil over
high heat. Stir polenta into boiling water in a slow steady stream.
Reduce heat to medium and continue stirring 5 mins, or until
thickened to the consistency of hot cereal. Remove from heat and stir
in remaining 3 Tbs butter and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
2. Spread half the hot polenta into buttered baking pan. Top with
half the ragu. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and half the
mozzarella. Spread on remaining polenta and ragu and top with
remaining mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Bake until heated through
and lightly golden, 20 to 25 mins.
