6 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. lg. jumbo shrimp, shelled
and deveined, leave tails on
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Melt butter in oil. Add shrimps. Cook about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Toss until coated. Serve immediately.
