2 tb Vegetable oil 46 oz Tomato juice, canned
1 Onion; chopped Salt and pepper to taste
1 Green pepper; chopped 2 c Pasta, small (orza or acini
3 Garlic cloves; minced -di pepe
2 Celery ribs; chopped
Saute onion, green pepper, garlic and celery in oil in large stock
pot over medium heat for 10 minutes or until soft. Add tomato juice
and season to taste. Add pasta and simmer over low heat 20 minutes or
until pasta is tender.
