Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3/4 c Raspberry vinegar
2 Lime -- juice only
1 Lime -- zest only
1 ts Ground ginger
Salt
1/2 ts White pepper
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Taste for
seasoning.
