Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Shortening 1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar 1/2 t Baking soda
1 ea Egg 1 t Salt (optional)
1 t Vanilla 1/2 t Nutmeg
3/4 t Cinnamon 1 c Mashed banana
1 c Rolled oats 1/2 c Nuts
Cream shortening, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients
and blend thoroughly. Add mashed bananas and nuts. Spoon onto
cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, depending on size.
