4 1/2 lb Beef short ribs, cut into 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
-serving-size pieces 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 1/2 c Tomato sauce 1 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1 ts Beef bouillon granules 2 Lemons, sliced thinly
1/3 c Red wine vinegar 1 md Onion, sliced thinly
1/4 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Place short ribs in a deep roasting pan.
In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, bouillon granules, red wine
vinegar, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and prepared
mustard. Pour sauce over ribs; place lemon and onions slices over
sauce. Bake ribs, covered, until tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve
