Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Salt
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Brown Sugar
2 tb Ground Cumin
2 tb Chili Powder
2 tb Black Pepper
1 tb Cayenne Pepper
1/4 c Paprika -- hungarian
This is the traditional rub but feel free to mix and match to meet
your own taste. A rub helps develop the crispy crust that is
essential to true barbeque. Mix all ingredients
together and store in an air-tight jar. Yield: 1 cup. CHUCK
