Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Tomato juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Tabasco sauce -- or to
Taste
1 pn Celery salt -- or to taste
1 pn Salt
1 pn Pepper
1 Stalk celery
1 Lime wedge
Ice cubes
Cracked ice
Combine liquid ingredients and seasonings in a mixing glass. Shake
with cracked ice and strain into a highball or collins glass filled
with ice cubes. Garnish with celery stalk and wedge of lime.
