Main Ingredients:
2 cans cream-style corn2 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked)2 beaten eggs1 cup cracker crumbs (24 crackers crushed)1 small onion (diced)1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper2 Tbls. margarine (melted)TOPPING:1 Tbls. margarine (melted)1/4 cup cracker crumbs
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix the corn, broccoli, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and margarine together. Stir well. Put in an oven-safe casserole dish. Add Topping before baking at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes uncovered.TOPPING:Mix the margarine and crumbs together and top the corn mixture with it.
