Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Game hens (20-oz)
1 Garlic cloves
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Bourbon
1/2 c Butter or margarine; melted
Place game hens in shallow baking pan. Crush garlic with salt then
combine with pepper, honey, bourbon and melted butter. Brush hens
with butter mixture and bake at 350F 35 to 40 minutes, basting
frequently with remaining butter mixture.
