Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Oil
1/2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
-breast strips
1 pk Hidden valley ranch dressing
-mix
16 oz Frozen vegetable medley
2 tb Water
Heat oil in stir fry pan until hot, add chicken. Stir in package of
dressing mix to coat chicken. Add vegetables and water and stir fry
for about 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
