See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
6 Green or red bell peppers 3 tb Grated onion
2 c Frozen corn, thawed 2 ts Parsley flakes
1/2 c Soft bread crumbs 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Cream 1/4 ts Pepper
2 Eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 ts Paprika
2 tb Melted margarine/butter
Remove tops and insides of peppers. Wash and drain thoroughly. Place
the peppers upright in a shallow pan. Add 1/2 inch water to pan. Mix
all the remaining ingredients. Spoon into peppers. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
