SCOOPED OUT POTATO WITH FORK; STIR IN YOGURT AND PEPPER. FILL EACH
POTATO SHELL WITH MIXTURE. ARRANGE ON A MICROWAVABLE PLATE AND COOK
FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH WALNUTS OR HAM.
