Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Very lean ground beef
1/4 c Lowfat sweet n spicy french
-dressing
3/4 oz Wheat germ
1/2 c Finely chopped onions
2 ea Egg whites
1/8 ts Pepper
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and
place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
