See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 Carrots, peeled and sliced 1 Clove garlic, sliced
-diagonally 1 c White vinegar
1 Celery stalk, sliced 1/2 c Dry white wine
-diagonally 1/4 c Water
2 c Cauliflower, cut into small 1/4 c Apple juice
-chunks 2 t Salt (omit for low-sodium
1/2 Red pepper, quartered and -diets)
-sliced 8 Peppercorns
1 Green onion, sliced 1 t Dried dill weed
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in a closed jar for two days.
