1 c Onion; chopped 2/3 c Water
1 c Celery; finely chopped 2 c Rice, regular; uncooked
6 tb Margarine; melted ds Garlic powder
10 oz Broccoli, chopped; thawed ds Parsley flakes
8 oz Cheese, pasteurized process; Salt; to taste
-cubed Pepper; to taste
10 3/4 oz Soup, cream of mushroom
Saute onion and celery in melted margarine until clear. Add broccoli
and cheese; heat until cheese melts. Add remaining ingredients and
blend well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish; cover and bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover; reduce heat to 300 degrees and
bake an additional 10 minutes.
