Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Strained honey
1 c Sugar
1 tb Butter or butter substitute
Few grains salt
Boil honey, salt, and sugar to hard ball stage (265 - 270 F). Add
butter. Pour into well-buttered pan. Cool. Pull until white and
