2 c Whole coriander seeds
2 c Whole allspice
1 c Whole cloves
1/2 c Whole anise seeds
1 c Dried mint
2 c 3" cinnamon sticks
1 c Dried lemon grass and
-stalks (opt)
1 c Dried orange peel
1 c Whole star anise (opt)
Mix together all the ingredients. Keep in a tightly sealed container.
