Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 md Onion -- halved sliced
1 c Rice
1/2 c Water
1 cn Low sodium beef broth
*SEE NOTE
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup,
Condensed
1/2 Stick stick margarine

Brown onion in margarine. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add all
remaining ingredients. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven
for 1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: For a side dish to complement chicken, substitute low sodium
chicken broth for the beef broth.
