Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Water
1/2 c Sugar
3 ea Mangoes
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tb White rum, optional
Make a syrup by combining water sugar in a non-corrosive pot
bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat let cool.
Peel puree the mangoes. Strain them through a fine sieve. Combine
all the ingredients freeze following instructions for making Lemon
Sorbet.
